A remarkably dry winter followed by a mild spring and a summer punctuated by tremendous thunderstorms in August. 

 

Tasting

Refined and sophisticated, the 1992 is beautifully textured on the palate with nuanced fruit flavours, peppery spice, and lovely woodland aromas with notes of pine resin, eucalyptus and mint. 

 

Storage & Serving

Store the bottle lying down. Decant to filter the natural sediment before serving. Enjoy within 2-3 days of opening.
